Conflict of interest complaint filed against Sandeep Patil
Sandeep Patil, a previous India cricketer and mentor, recorded his papers for the president post of the Mumbai Cricket Affiliation (MCA) on Saturday (October 8), and hours after the fact an objection was documented against him on the grounds of irreconcilable circumstance. The objection was over Patil's relations with Mumbai boss selector Salil Ankola.
"The complainant presents that the Respondent (Patil) here isn't qualified or potentially qualified for presenting his selection structure for (the) Post of President as well as an individual from Peak Chamber of MCA, as the Respondent isn't qualified or potentially precluded under Rule 38(v) (Irreconcilable situation) of the constitution of the MCA (sic)," Sanjay Naik, the secretary of the affiliation, says in his grievance working together.
"It is relevant to take note of that, the girl in-law of the Respondent, for example Mrs Sana Patil nee Sana Ankola is the little girl of cricketer Salil Ankola, who is the current administrator of the determination board of trustees, Mumbai Sr Choice Advisory group (here in alluded to as 'said council'). Subsequently, the girl of said Mr Salil is the little girl in-law of the Respondent thus, in this manner there is close connection between the Respondent and the little girl in-law of Mr Salil Ankola, for example the executive of the said advisory group and in this way the equivalent is plainly in Irreconcilable situation as characterized under Rule 38 (v) of the expressed constitution of MCA (sic)," Naik says in his 13-page grumbling before Ombudsman Dilip Bhosle.
