Los Angeles Knight Riders sign Shakib Al Hasan for MLC 2024


Shakib Al Hasan has been signed by Los Angeles Knight Riders (LAKR) for the upcoming (second) season of Major League Cricket (MLC), the American franchise-run T20 league. "Shakib, obviously, has a well established relationship with the Knight Riders family, having addressed KKR in different stages - including our two title [winning] seasons in 2012 and 2014," an assertion from the Knight Riders bunch said. "We can hardly hold on to see him turn up in Purple and Gold for LA Knight Riders this July." LAKR, possessed by the gathering that claims Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL and Trinbago Knight Riders people in the CPL as well as Abu Dhabi Knight Riders in the ILT20 in the UAE, completed rearward in the debut time of the MLC in 2023.
