UAE make history after chasing 206 against Bangladesh

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) achieved a historic victory over Bangladesh in the second T20I on May 19, 2025, at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, successfully chasing a formidable target of 206 runs. This marked UAE's first-ever T20I win against Bangladesh and their highest successful run chase in T20I history.
UAE's chase was spearheaded by captain Muhammad Waseem, who delivered a blistering 82 off 42 balls, including 6 fours and 5 sixes. His innings laid a solid foundation, with a 100-run opening partnership alongside Muhammad Zohaib.
