For the upcoming three-match T20I series against India, Zimbabwe has made three roster changes. All-rounder Wessly Madhevere is back, as is fast bowler Newman Nyamhuri, and wicketkeeper Tafadzwa Tsiga gets his first T20I call-up. The 15-member squad, led by Sikandar Raza, will take on the reigning ICC Men's T20 World Cup champions in Harare on July 23, 25 and 26. After missing the most recent T20I series against Bangladesh, Madhevere is back in the national team, and Nyamhuri is back after recovering from the injury that kept him out of that series. Tsiga, meanwhile, has earned his first opportunity in the shortest format at international level. Tanaka Chivanga, who came into the squad as Nyamhuri's replacement for the Bangladesh series, has retained his place. Meanwhile, Clive Madande, Tinotenda Maposa and Tashinga Musekiwa have been left out for the India T20Is. Zimbabwe head into the India series on the back of an encouraging home campaign against Bangladesh, despite the T20I series defeat. They won the one-off Test by an innings before winning the ODI series 2-1 in Harare.
