MI London Names Pollard and Keightley as Head Coaches for The Hundred 2026


Kieron Pollard and Lisa Keightley have been appointed as the head coaches of MI London's men's and women's teams, respectively, for The Hundred 2026 season. Pollard, a five-time IPL champion with Mumbai Indians, brings extensive T20 experience and a winning ethos to the role. Keightley, a respected figure in women's cricket, has led England Women and guided Northern Superchargers to the 2025 Women's Hundred title. Keightley, meanwhile, has joined from Northern Superchargers, now renamed as Sunrisers Leeds, whom she guided to the 2025 women's Hundred title. She also coaches Mumbai Indians in the WPL, as well as Sydney Thunder in the WBBL, and was England Women's head coach for three years from 2019 to 2022. Kieron Pollard is thrilled to be leading MI London at The Kia Oval! He's all about combining Surrey's heritage with MI's winning culture, focusing on bringing the trophy home and building a high-performance team. MI London's got big shoes to fill - they were Oval Invincibles, the most successful team in The Hundred! Women's team won 2021-2022, and men's team won 2023. The duo aims to build high-performance teams and bring success to MI London.Earlier this week, it was announced that Sam Curran will take over as the men's captain, replacing Sam Billings, who oversaw each of those three title wins.
