Jemimah Rodrigues has been ruled out of the upcoming Women's T20 Asia Cup in the UAE and the Asian Games in Japan due to a high-grade right hamstring tear sustained during The Hundred. In her place, Pratika Rawal has earned her maiden T20I call-up for the Asia Cup. Injury Details: Rodrigues picked up the hamstring injury while playing for Southern Brave against Welsh Fire in The Hundred. Medical assessment at the BCCI Centre of Excellence confirmed a high-grade tear. Rawal's Return & Call-Up: Rawal, who recently recovered from an injury that kept her out of the Lord's Test, gets her first T20I call-up. She was selected ahead of Anushka Sharma and Harleen Deol. Asian Games Replacement: The BCCI is yet to name Rodrigues' replacement for the Asian Games squad.
