Taking 13 wickets in five matches at an average of 8.38 is just outstanding. That 4 for 14 must have been something special! It’s even more remarkable considering the competition from spinners like Akeal Hosein and Hasaranga. It’s also great to see Tim Seifert making his mark among the batters with that consistent run against Pakistan, including his brilliant unbeaten 97. New Zealand’s depth and consistency in white-ball cricket are clearly paying off. James Neesham’s all-round contributions getting recognition too is well-deserved, especially with that 5 for 22. The Kiwis really seem to be in good shape in T20Is!
